GENTA-COLL® resorb is a hemostatic collagen sponge containing the aminoglycoside antibiotic gentamicin sulfate to protect against infection and contamination.

Collagen is fully resorbable.8 This eliminates the need for secondary procedures, as is required when using non-resorbable materials. The naturally structured collagen fibrils activate blood coagulation in the same way as endogenous collagen.

Thanks to its antibiotic content, GENTA-COLL® resorb can also be used in septic surgery.
